 Eagle Butte Food Pantry on the Cheyenne River Sioux Reservation, SD
These programs see that household items and warm clothes for the winter are distributed widely on several Indian Reservations in South Dakota and Montana.
Running Strong provided food program support to:
• Eagle Butte Food Pantry on the Cheyenne River Sioux Reservation, South Dakota
• Rapid City Food Distribution Center serving all 9 districts of the Pine Ridge Reservation, South Dakota
• The Center Pole Food Pantry on the Crow Reservation, MT
Running Strong participates in these programs in partnership with Christian Relief Services Charities, local grassroots organizations, and community volunteers. These partnerships have been successful and all organizations are working hard to help those in need on the reservations.
In the past year these programs have provided:
• $2,914,368.00 worth of food items
• 2,390,666 total pounds of food
